Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Visual Identity & Brand Activation: Own and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring cohesion in typography, color theory, and identity systems.
• Multi-Platform Design: Execute digital assets for web, social, and email, and handle complex print production including packaging.
• Product & UX Design: Use Figma to establish wireframes and design systems, applying accessibility and usability best practices.
• AI-Augmented Workflow: Strategically use AI tools to accelerate production while maintaining expert judgment on design quality.

Requirements:

• Design Operations Mastery: Ability to manage 10–15 high-quality assets per week with minimal oversight.
• Strategic Influence: Deep graphic design foundations to confidently influence stakeholders while remaining collaborative.
• Technical Breadth: Advanced mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with the ability to defend design decisions objectively.

Logistics:

• Employment Structure: Position is based in Mexico and facilitated through a PEO for local payroll and compliance.
• Work Location: This is a 100% remote position requiring residence and work authorization in Mexico.
• Travel: Ability to travel 10-15% as needed for the role and company events.
