Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies for key customer journeys, with a focus on re-engagement and conversion.
  • Build, launch, and optimize automated, cross-channel campaigns using platforms like Braze or Klaviyo to drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze funnel performance and customer behavior to identify high-impact optimization opportunities.

Operations & Improvement:

  • Strengthen processes, workflows, and orchestration across tools, teams, and data to enhance marketing efficiency.
  • Coordinate effectively with Creative, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Compliance teams, as well as external partners.
  • Identify and automate manual work, creating structure in ambiguous environments to keep projects moving.

AI & Performance:

  • Apply AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate campaign design, copy development, analysis, and workflow execution.
  • Monitor key KPIs including engagement, conversion, and incremental lift, translating data into clear recommendations.
  • Maintain a disciplined test-and-learn approach and communicate strategy and performance insights to senior leadership.
