Key Responsibilities:
- Build and track KPIs for MSSP performance including attribution, cost, utilization, and quality.
- Analyze HCC risk scores and claims data to identify performance gaps and cost anomalies.
- Collaborate with ACO leaders and IT to develop actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience; Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare or quantitative field.
- Experience with healthcare claims data and coding (CPT, HCPCS, diagnosis, place of service).
- Intermediate SQL and SAS; Snowflake experience preferred.
What We Offer:
- Salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 plus annual bonus target of 10%.
