Job Description
Start in January 2026 (start date to be agreed) as Quality & Food Safety Intern at our office in Utrecht. In this internship you will help us to optimize the quality and food safety processes within the Operating, Routesales & Quality department of our Professional branch. Your most important tasks will be:
Carrying out an independent project related to structural quality improvement, process optimization and/or food safety. An example of a project could be: Drawing up and (partly) implementing a Food Safety Culture plan within JDE Peet’s. In addition, as a member of the team, you will make various contributions to various important activities: Supporting in the preparation of management reviews, internal and external audits; Supporting in the delivery of data and analyses (on QHSE-related topics) to colleagues within the team with a view to continuous improvement; Handling QHSE-related incidents, including processing, documentation and communication; Managing, maintaining and optimizing the local management system in the area of QHSE; Continuously developing and optimizing the Quality processes and associated work instructions; Handling operational activities; Make substantive contributions to projects.
