Internal Communications Specialist

The Internal Communications Specialist will support employee-facing communications, focusing on global HR initiatives that support our people at this fast-paced audience measurement, data, and analytics company. This role involves leading the day-to-day operations of the internal communications function, aligning stakeholders, creating strategic communication plans and connecting key initiatives for a comprehensive employee experience that supports our culture. The ideal candidate will have experience in internal communications and a track record of deploying successful employee engagement strategies. Responsibilities include managing internal communication channels, implementing best practices for consistent and impactful communications, serving as a trusted advisor to team leads, partnering with global teams, and building relationships with fellow communications team members. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3-5 years of internal communications experience, excellent writing and project management skills, and Google Suite proficiency.
