Engineering Manager

Lead a distributed team of Salesforce and Automation engineers, including full-time employees and nearshore contractors. Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to promote career growth and engagement. Empower senior engineers and leads to own sprint planning, delivery, and retrospectives. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Oversee Salesforce architecture, development, and governance to ensure scalability, maintainability, and security. Partner with business stakeholders to manage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and roadmap execution. Lead the design and implementation of automation and AI-enabled workflows that improve sales, service, and operational efficiency. Maintain strong DevOps practices, including version control, sandbox management, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and observability through effective monitoring and incident management. Collaborate with Data Engineering to support analytics and reporting pipelines that inform key business decisions.
