Sr Accountant (SOX Compliance)

The Sr Sox Compliance Analyst ensures adherence to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) by evaluating and documenting internal controls over financial reporting. This role involves collaborating with various departments primarily in Finance to assess risk, design and test controls, and identify areas for improvement. The analyst will also provide guidance on SOX compliance, support remediation efforts for control deficiencies, and participate in special projects to enhance the internal control environment. Main responsibilities include ensuring proper documentation of all policies and procedures applicable to the key controls of significant business cycles processes, risk assessments, and coaching business management in the development of remediation plans for any identified control deficiencies.
