- Develop predictive models and perform statistical analyses to uncover performance drivers and prioritize outreach.
- Design forecasting models to project HEDIS performance and simulate intervention scenarios for strategic planning.
Performance Measurement & Data Infrastructure:
- Establish frameworks to measure the effectiveness and financial impact of HEDIS initiatives, including Stars revenue.
- Oversee enterprise dashboard design and partner with technical teams to ensure data quality, integration, and automated reporting.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Expertise:
- Collaborate with Clinical, Quality, and Operations teams to align analytics with business needs and present findings to senior leadership.
- Maintain deep HEDIS specification expertise to improve measure capture and support audit readiness through data validation.
