Senior Data Engineer

We're building a data platform that handles analytics, reporting, and AI insights for our business. We’re looking to hire a Senior Data Engineer to join our Data squad, own key data areas and support company-wide projects. You'll design and maintain our data infrastructure - the pipelines that bring data in, the DBT models that transform it, and the systems that orchestrate everything. We use Snowflake, Paradime, Hevo, and Airflow. You'll work with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience (CX), and Finance teams to give them clean, reliable data for decisions. This job works well for someone who likes fast-moving startups and can handle different parts of the data process. What You'll Do: Build and maintain data pipelines that pull in and transform data from different sources using Hevo or Fivetran Create DBT models that let teams analyze data themselves and generate reliable reports in Metabase Set up workflows and manage how data flows between systems using Airflow Create data quality checks, alerts, and testing systems Build datasets that data science, business teams, and AI applications can use Work with other teams to understand what they need and deliver useful data products Review code and give feedback on architecture to keep engineering quality high Help build data pipelines that work with AI, including parsing messy data and using LLMs (nice to have)
