Job Description

You will support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into the business. Managing the full training cycle, incorporating the principles of the Kirkpatrick Model and Bloom’s Taxonomy. Providing regular updates and recommendations on the learning journey throughout the implementation phase. You will deliver engaging and effective training sessions to delegates, ensuring training sessions are conducted on schedule and within scope. Creating, reviewing, and updating training materials to ensure they are relevant, clear, and engaging. Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive training content. Managing classroom dynamics to ensure a positive learning environment, addressing any issues or disruptions promptly and effectively. Adhering to training policies and SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation. Implementing new training techniques and methodologies to improve training delivery. Contributing to the continuous improvement of training programmes by introducing innovative methods and materials.
