Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the strategic direction for email marketing, affiliate, paid media, and influencer channels to drive revenue and growth.
- Set clear performance targets and KPIs, lead cross-channel campaign integration, and provide content direction to align teams with business goals.
- Consolidate performance data across channels, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and present updates to marketing leadership.
Team & Execution:
- Manage and guide the digital marketing team, including specialists in email, performance, and social media, setting expectations and priorities.
- Step in to support execution, analysis, or operational tasks when needed to ensure continuity and delivery against strategic objectives.
- Use AI tools to improve campaign planning, performance analysis, and reporting efficiency, applying judgment to validate outputs.
Qualifications:
- Requires 6-10+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with strong expertise across email, web, paid media, and affiliate channels.
- Must have in-depth email and affiliate management experience, proven ability to develop strategy and drive measurable outcomes, and strong analytical skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, working with agencies, and possessing excellent communication and presentation skills is essential.
