E-Commerce Optimization Manager (m/f/d) – Italy & France (Part-time)

As E-Commerce Optimization Manager (m/f/) for Italy and France at Redcare, you are responsible for optimizing and enhancing the search and recommendation features in our online shops for these markets. Your primary goal is to help customers easily find the products and information they need, inspire them and drive business growth. In our daily work we use tools such as Algolia and Econda, accompanied by a set of AI/ML based services. You monitor and enhance the performance and manage day-to-day operations related to search and recommendation tasks. You also develop and implement new ideas to improve search and recommendation functionalities. You lead, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to inform decision-making. You collaborate proactively in a cross-functional environment. You stay up to date about e-commerce in Italy and France. You create and utilize dashboards to generate actionable insights, identify customer experience issues, and uncover new opportunities. You conduct data-driven analyses to explore challenges and opportunities.
