Responsibilities:
- Partner with company leaders to build and execute an engineering strategy
- Build company ability to demonstrate value of our engineering efforts
- Drive and lead a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience leading engineering teams
- Experience leading engineering efforts in a growth-stage environment or scaling an engineering organization
- Experience building the systems and developing the personnel to create a culture of innovation, curiosity, and excellence
