Director of Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Partner with company leaders to build and execute an engineering strategy
• Build company ability to demonstrate value of our engineering efforts
• Drive and lead a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience leading engineering teams
• Experience leading engineering efforts in a growth-stage environment or scaling an engineering organization
• Experience building the systems and developing the personnel to create a culture of innovation, curiosity, and excellence
