Director, Business Intelligence & Analytics

As the Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics, you will design the analytics & BI strategy from the ground up. You’ll partner with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to shape how we measure success, uncover opportunities, and optimize decision-making across the company. You’ll also build and mentor a small but high-impact team, laying the foundation for a data-driven culture. You and your team will generate actionable insights that enable our GTM, Product, and Operations teams to make data-driven decisions and achieve our business goals. Your team owns the development and delivery of clear company performance narratives for MBR/QBR forums to executive and operational audiences. Define our analytics roadmap, KPIs, and governance to align with company goals. Partner with product, GTM, and operations leaders to design experiments, define metrics, and deliver actionable dashboards and reporting.
