Job Description
The Medical Director is an integral member of the Clinical Leadership team and maintains oversight for clinical care, professional development and practice administration of the Psychiatry team. With the objectives of improving care quality, developing a high-functioning team, driving cross-functional work streams to improve efficiency and integration, and developing a strategic vision to support care evolution, this role is critical to Included Health’s mission to raise the standard of health care for everyone. We are looking for a detail-oriented and operationally-minded clinician leader who excels in a dynamic environment, leads with empathy, and is excited about driving systems-level change. The position requires dedicating 10% of time to clinical care and 90% of time to administrative duties.
