Procurement Associate

The Procurement Associate optimizes the flow of information across the entire Supply Chain function, updating key reports by collecting data from multiple sites. This role focuses on tactical information to ensure all data pulls are accurate while also helping to own all inventory movements within ERP. Additionally, you will analyze data trends and performance by providing critical insights that help drive procurement strategies. Responsibilities include gathering inventory reports, writing purchase orders, updating POs, ensuring BOMs and COGS are set up, updating the MRP file, updating rebate tracker, assisting in building COGS, preparing reports for month-end close, creating and updating SKUs, managing product information, scheduling inventory transfers, and recording expired inventory. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business, 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain within a consumer goods company, knowledge of procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations, experience with inventory management practices, advanced Excel skills, exceptional communication skills, and collaboration experience.
