Senior Manager of Data Strategy & Analytics

The Senior Manager, Data Strategy & Analytics is a high-leverage leadership role responsible for maximizing the value of the organization's data assets to drive strategic decision-making. This role acts as the primary data priority owner, translating executive strategy into technical requirements and analytical outputs. They will define and advance the organizational Data Strategy and Maturity Roadmap, while also leading the execution of advanced analytics to support key business decisions. This position requires exceptional proficiency in prioritization, stakeholder influence, governance, and hands-on analytical execution, directly / indirectly managing a small team and serving as the essential link between the business leadership (Strategy & CEO Office) and the Technology/Engineering teams. Lead and execute advanced analytical projects that address key strategic questions for the organization’s strategy, CEO's office, and senior leadership.
