Lead Interior Designer - Luxury Development

Design Leadership & Strategy:

• Transform architectural blueprints into cohesive interior design narratives for luxury lobbies, amenities, and residential units.
• Ensure all designs align with current luxury market trends in the international standards to drive sales velocity.
• Develop design standards and FF&E specifications that can be scaled across multifamily projects without losing a bespoke feel.

Technical Execution & Buildability:

• Audit architectural, MEPF, and structural plans to ensure interior layouts are technically feasible and buildable.
• Oversee the production of comprehensive construction drawing sets, including floor patterns, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), cabinetry details, and material schedules.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize costs through material alternatives or construction methods without compromising the luxury aesthetic.

Project & Procurement Management:

• Design strictly within the client’s CAPEX targets; provide accurate cost estimates for interior finishes and FF&E.
• Curate a library of high-end suppliers and contractors.
• Evaluate material samples for durability, lead times, and luxury appeal.
