ROR Devloper (Full Stack)

Your main responsibilities include: Leading end-to-end project execution from problem definition to implementation, ensuring technical excellence and clear business impact. Designing scalable solutions, developing implementation and test plans, and delivering results within agreed timelines. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system scalability, security, and maintainability. Upholding and contributing to engineering best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvements. Developing core product features across platforms such as Jobspikr, 42Signals, and Datastock with production-ready code. Continuously learning and adopting new technologies and AI tools to improve code quality and overall engineering efficiency.
