Job Description
This role involves leading the end-to-end planning and execution of data center migration to AWS. Drive modernization initiatives like containerization, re-platforming, and automation improvements. Develop and maintain project plans, migration wave schedules, and communication plans.
The candidate will track scope, priorities, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams. They will serve as the primary point of contact between engineering teams, leadership, and client stakeholders. Conduct meetings and align cross-functional teams.
Additional responsibilities include managing vendor relationships and facilitating internal and external architecture discussions. The candidate will proactively communicate project status to ensure customer success. They will also take ownership of customer escalations and facilitate their resolution.
