Senior Content Strategy

About This Role:

• Shape how a 500-person global function and its leader show up at all-hands stages, executive forums, customer events, and industry platforms.
• Act as a ghostwriter, strategic content advisor, and organizational storyteller, translating complex business context into clear, declarative stories that define the SVP's voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support content development for the SVP including presentations, town halls, LinkedIn, and executive forums, maintaining short declarative sentences and urgency.
• Execute a coherent internal communications rhythm for the global organization, owning the editorial calendar for all-hands meetings, LT updates, and the monthly newsletter.
• Draft external content such as industry keynote remarks, panel talking points, customer roundtable documents, and LinkedIn thought leadership.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years communications experience, with 3+ in executive communications or speechwriting supporting a VP-level or above executive.
• Exceptional writing that is clear, direct, and adaptable across registers, from concise email to long-form narrative.
• Strong editorial judgment to identify what a piece is really saying and cut everything else, plus comfort with strategic business context.

Location and Compensation:

• Base pay of $139,900 - $244,800, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits for this US-based role.
• Work persona flexible or remote, with eligibility determined by distance to nearest ServiceNow office.
