Senior Manager, Software Engineering (L5)

This position is needed to manage the team of machine learning engineers of the Growth & User Intelligence team and closely partner with Product & Engineering teams to execute the roadmap for Twilio’s AI/ML products and services. You will understand customers' needs, build ML and Data Science products that work at a global scale and own end-to-end execution of large scale ML solutions. As a senior manager, you will closely partner with technology and product leaders in the organization to enable the engineers to turn ideas into reality. The responsibilities of the role include to built and maintain scalable machine learning solutions for Traffic Intelligence vertical. Advocate agile processes, continuous integration and test automation. Be a strategic problem solver and thrive operating in broad scope, from conception through continuous operation of 24x7 services.
