Legal Counsel

As the junior member of a small, high-performing team, you’ll report to our Assistant General Counsel and get exposure to almost everything we do. One day you might be reviewing a vendor contract; the next, helping with a financing or digging into a new regulatory question. You’ll learn fast, work closely with senior lawyers and business leaders, and play a real role in helping our mission-critical companies grow. You will be an important part of what we do. Support a broad range of legal matters across the organization, including contract review and negotiation, financings, and regulatory research. Contribute to legal team projects to improve operations, compliance, and knowledge management.
