Responsibilities:

  • Monitor campaign performance daily — reply rates, positive reply rates, meeting conversions.
  • Kill underperforming variants below the threshold and flag top performers for scaling.
  • Expand prospect lists on Apollo.io across all five verticals nationally.

LinkedIn Automation:

  • Build and manage prospect lists inside LinkedIn Sales Navigator by title and geography.
  • Run connection request and follow-up sequences across multiple accounts.
  • Monitor acceptance rates, reply rates, and warm conversations daily.

Reporting:

  • Deliver a weekly KPI dashboard across all four channels every Monday.
  • Flag anomalies, underperformers, and opportunities proactively.
  • Maintain Google Sheets tracking systems for prospect lists, partner tracker, and producer pipeline.
