Product Designer Pleno

We are looking for people to join the Product Design team at Flash, to work in the Cross Products team. As part of the team, your role will be to solve problems of high uncertainty, proposing effective and delightful solutions that meet the needs of users and the business. Given the complexity of the products, full of rules and requirements, it will be necessary to have a good systemic view and solid experience in designing scaled management platforms. Working in multidisciplinary teams, you will lead the design process from problem definition, conception and validation of hypotheses to launch and performance monitoring. You will also plan and apply quantitative and qualitative research with external or internal customers, in order to identify motivations, needs, behaviors and pain points of each product persona.
