About the Role:
- This is a from-scratch opportunity to build Naphora's finance function and shape the financial spine of a global top-tier mobile games studio.
- You will work directly with leadership to bring the numbers into every big decision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build the finance structure, systems, and run day-to-day bookkeeping, payments, and payroll.
- Own UA economics including CPI, LTV, ROAS, payback, and cohort analysis for user acquisition.
- Model revenue across ads, in-app purchases, and subscriptions; report each game's P&L.
What We're Looking For:
- A builder who creates structure and does hands-on work, not a manager of others' work.
- Fluency in hybrid-casual mobile games and sharpness on mobile gaming economics.
- 5+ years of finance experience with strong financial modeling skills.
