Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a pipeline of real estate deals across multiple jurisdictions and maintain detailed closing checklists and trackers.
- Prepare and coordinate the execution of comprehensive closing documents and packages for transactions.
- Conduct thorough due diligence by reviewing leases, title commitments, site inspections, plats, and surveys.
Required Qualifications:
- Possess 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal, preferably within a mid to large-sized law firm.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree and be fluent with Office, Sharepoint, Salesforce, and GIS software.
- Experience with solar/wind ground leases or wireless leases is considered a beneficial addition.
Compensation and Work Arrangement:
- The role offers a competitive annual base salary plus an additional quarterly bonus structure.
- This is a full-time remote position requiring authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
