Responsibilities:

  • Manage quarterly Fund financial statements and assist with monthly Corporate financial statements, maintaining related workbooks and schedules.
  • Manage cash and GAAP journal entries, process wires, ACHs, and check runs, and coordinate Fund audits and tax returns.
  • Review Fund operating agreements, record transactions, and monitor capital contributions from investors to ensure accounts are up to date.

Requirements:

  • Experience in fund/partnership accounting and tax preparation, with LIHTC experience highly desirable and CPA designation preferred.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Office applications, and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and professionally in a remote setting.
