Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements elicitation for HR automation initiatives using human-centered design (HCD) principles.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and design sessions with Army Materiel Command G1 functional leads.
- Map current-state HR processes and design optimized future-state workflows.
Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance and Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst supporting federal or DoD clients.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with U.S. Department of Defense, especially Army or AMC.
- SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, or other Agile certification.
- Microsoft Power Platform certification(s) and experience with enterprise HR systems.
