Job Description
The Senior Director of Warehouse Operations oversees the performance, strategy, and execution of multiple distribution centers (DCs) supporting Alo Yoga and BELLA+CANVAS business operations. The role ensures each DC meets key performance indicators (KPIs), operates within budget, and aligns with enterprise-level goals for service, efficiency, and scalability. The Director partners closely with the DC Directors and the VP of Global Operations to develop and implement both operational and peak season strategies across all facilities. Responsibilities include multi-site leadership, KPI management, budget ownership, team development, and strategic planning. They drive process improvements and standardization across all DCs to support scalability and operational excellence and more.
