The Senior Director of Warehouse Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the performance, strategy, and execution of multiple distribution centers (DCs) supporting Alo Yoga and BELLA+CANVAS business operations. This individual ensures each DC meets key performance indicators (KPIs), operates within budget, and aligns with enterprise-level goals for service, efficiency, and scalability.

As the first Payroll employee in Italy, you will support with establishing all Payroll practices in Italy, in partnership with the wider Finance team. You will manage payroll operations and benefit activities ensuring accuracy and efficiency, in line with regulatory requirements and company policies. The role involves monthly payroll processing, employee inquiry management, and reporting, working closely with the Italy HR team and payroll providers.
