Job Description
As the first Payroll employee in Italy, this individual must be a strong self-starter with a growth mindset and will support with establishing all Payroll practices in Italy, in partnership with the wider Finance team, partnering directly with cross-functional teams to support the stores across Italy.
The Payroll & Benefits Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing the payroll operations and benefit activities and ensuring that all aspects of payroll processing are conducted accurately and efficiently, in line with regulatory requirements and company policies. This role involves, monthly payroll processing, employee inquiry management, employee change management, and reporting. The position will work closely with the Italy HR team, payroll providers (such as ADP), and other stakeholders to deliver seamless payroll and benefit support.
Payroll & Benefits Specialist is a full-time position for an indefinite term and will include a probationary period, whose duration will be in line with the provisions of the law and the applicable CBA.
