Telehealth Physician

Clinical Practice:

• Perform comprehensive sleep medicine evaluations including detailed sleep histories, past medical histories, medications, and family histories.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans incorporating multi-modal PAP therapy, oral appliance therapy, CBTi, and medications.
• Provide expert patient education based on AASM clinical sleep healthcare guidelines and behavioral sleep medicine standards.

Professional Excellence:

• Leverage integrated EHR to maintain meticulous clinical documentation that exceeds current practice standards.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, evidence-based protocol development, and patient-reported outcomes measurements.
• Stay current with sleep medicine literature, clinical guidelines, and emerging therapeutics.

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted US Medical license in 8+ states.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pulmonology, or Sleep Medicine.
• Prior telehealth experience strongly preferred; comfortable with EHR systems and remote monitoring platforms.
