Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process (budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning).
- Work closely with Site Finance Managers and FP&A Commercial lead to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, KPI’s and reports for the business segment.
Performance Measurement:
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to assess the financial performance of the business segment.
- Analyze variances and trends and provide actionable insights to drive performance improvement.
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with business functional leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to drive business growth and profitability.
- Confirm financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity within the business unit.
