- Lead Financial Modeling & Forecasting

- Regularly update models with actuals and scenario analyses
Strategic Analysis & Business Insights:
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into business performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate new initiatives
- Apply healthcare-specific knowledge to assess payer mix
Financial Reporting & Board Materials:
- Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Collaborate with the Corporate Controller to ensure accurate and timely monthly closes
