What You’ll Do:
- Drive coordination across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment on goals
- Facilitate program meetings, cross-functional touchpoints, and stakeholder reviews
- Own meeting agendas, capture notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in finance program management, project management
- Strong executive presence
- Proven ability to succeed in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
