- 8+ years of experience in data science or applied statistics.
- Deep hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment.

- Background in healthcare, digital health, or health plans.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data models and RevOps processes.
