About the Role:
- Design the user experience for Kota Embed, an embedded insurance and retirement product for platforms.
- Work closely with the CTO and cross-functional team to ship high-quality, data-informed designs.
- Shape the design culture and patterns for a growing product.
What We're Looking For:
- Senior designer with experience in complex B2B, API-driven products.
- Proven ability to balance research, rapid prototyping, and shipping.
- Comfortable with influence work, building design ceremonies, and working with engineering.
