Lead Product Designer, Growth

This Lead Product Designer role will be a cornerstone of our Growth team, driving new customer acquisition, building solutions for new customer groups, and helping the business think and work differently. You’ll champion elevated, end-to-end user experiences that align with business goals and customer success, applying design principles, research, and experimentation to shape what’s next for our company. You'll own critical flows like onboarding, activation, and trial-to-paid conversion, while ensuring experiences connect across marketing, product, and support. You will also drive experience strategy and vision, partnering with product, engineering, marketing, and business leaders to define and align on customer-centered growth strategies.
