Full Stack Software Engineer

We're seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build the cornerstone of our business: our Law Enforcement Response portal. You'll join a small, experienced team with backgrounds at companies like Medium, HashiCorp, Microsoft, Mozilla, Meta, Palantir and Uber. This is an ideal role for full-stack generalists who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving hard technical problems, and want to own meaningful projects end to end. As an early engineer, you’ll wear many hats and help shape the future of our product, our codebase, and our culture. You’ll work closely with our Director of Product and fellow engineers to design, develop, and ship high-impact features across the stack. Upcoming projects include building threat detection and law enforcement verification systems, launching new product verticals, and driving performance optimizations. The engineering culture is built on trust, autonomy, and technical rigor. Engineers own projects end to end, collaborate without ego, invest in quality and velocity, and act as force-multipliers for one another.
