You will be responsible for responding to user inquiries and providing service by attentively addressing their questions regarding payments and invoicing. Handle sensitive information to resolve issues on first contact while staying informed about our client's products and services. You keep every customer engaged with a direct and friendly touch and are a first-call fixer who solves problems fast and delivers standout service.
The TOP Team requires using intermediate to advanced English skills to connect with travelers from around the world and bringing a service-first mindset to every interaction, creating smooth and positive experiences. Solve issues quickly and efficiently, delivering excellent service. Handling customer data with utmost care, accuracy, and full confidentiality.
