About the Role:
- Join a squad building an AI-driven recruiting platform for staffing agencies.
- Work includes integrating AI agents with Salesforce and ATS.
What You'll Do:
- Lead technical design across distributed systems.
- Build production LLM agents with prompt iteration and guardrails.
- Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into specs.
Requirements & Logistics:
- 5+ years in software engineering with Python and full-stack.
- Production LLM experience; fluent in Dutch and English.
- 100% remote from LATAM with 6-hour CET overlap.
