Business Solutions Analyst/Manager

Oversee design, build-out and implementation of designated projects, including those supporting our transition to new tech platforms, increased alignment with other WRB operating units, improved efficiency in our processes, an array of areas in need of attention as a result of Aspire’s rapid growth over the last few years. This person will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful and smooth implementation of new capabilities. Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects, often including a “hands on” approach with the work involved. Expect frequent communication and collaboration with upper management regarding status of projects and work to be done.  The main focus of this role is on operational improvements and execution, especially in areas that directly impact our productivity and profitability.
