Systems Architect, Brazil

We are looking for a person to act as a Systems Architect. As a mission and challenge, they will work on the modernization of systems in a cross front covering large companies in Brazil. Your mission will be to create agents that alter, evolve and modernize systems of various platforms and maturities (legacy or not). You will be able to apply this in several clients, systems and technologies, with the opportunity to become a reference at CI&T. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing AI agents, ensuring software delivery excellence, and demonstrating autonomy and technical leadership. The role requires proficiency in Python, prompt engineering, expertise in GenAI, and ability in automating development processes. Familiarity with agile development practices and version control is also key.
