About the Job:
- Support data modeling, reporting, and designing data products for an AI-native consumption model.
- Design models, metrics, and documentation for consumption by Finance & Accounting analysts and AI agents.
- Contribute to AI native development capabilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Build dbt models and optimize SQL queries against a Databricks environment.
- Define metrics, shape requirements, and translate business logic into well-structured models.
- Design model grain, naming, and structure so an agent can find what it needs in the warehouse without a human guide.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of analytics engineering experience with dbt and SQL.
- 1+ years designing data products for AI consumption and using AI-enabled development tools.
- Strong command of semantic modeling and metrics layer design.
