Social Media Coordinator

Role Overview:

• You will collaborate with social media managers to implement and maintain the corporation's social media strategy.
• You will manage enterprise social media operations including intake, content publishing, and channel maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor all social media channels in real time and escalate concerns as needed.
• Develop content for posting on designated social media outlets, working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze social media trends with analytics tools and report findings to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional social media experience in a company or agency setting.
• Extensive familiarity with Khoros or equivalent enterprise-wide social media management tools.
