About the Role:
- Own day-to-day strategy, creative direction, and execution of Midi's social channels.
- Report to Director of Content and partner with influencer, creative, growth, integrated, and clinical teams.
- Define how Midi shows up culturally and build community through content.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms, defining content pillars and engagement strategies.
- Own social content calendar and oversee content development from concept through publishing.
- Analyze channel performance and audience behavior to optimize strategy and drive growth.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- 7+ years of social media experience at a consumer brand or high-growth organization.
- Proven experience building and scaling social presence across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of social strategy, content creation, community building, and analytics.
