What You'll Do:
- Lead social community monitoring and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and other channels.
- Develop and execute social content strategies to drive engagement, advocacy, and growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce compelling content that resonates with the community.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 1-3 years in social media or community management with deep familiarity of Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit.
- Strong written communication skills and experience managing creators and ambassadors.
- Proficiency with social listening tools like Sprout Social and community KPIs tracking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare or wellness, interest in AI tools for community workflows.
- Understanding of escalation frameworks and cross-functional triage.
- Genuine passion for community building and member advocacy.
