Role & Responsibilities:

  • Drive clinical quality, safety, and compliance through systematic process improvements and quality assurance activities.
  • Manage order processing, EMR workflow execution, and end-of-episode reviews including discharges and hospital hold processes.
  • Monitor quality, compliance, and patient status through reports, dashboards, and alerts, escalating issues as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A detail-oriented, systems-driven Registered Nurse who thrives in executing complex, high-volume workflows with precision.
  • Must have an active RN license, strong HCHB EMR proficiency, understanding of home health regulations, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
