About the Role:
- This is a YC-backed AI voice technology startup.
- You'll join the core engineering team building platform and product experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Develop core features for prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations.
- Build scalable full-stack systems, including polished interfaces, robust APIs, and deployment workflows.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 5 years of full-stack engineering experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and AWS.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and a collaborative, ownership-driven approach.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range of $215,000 to $290,000 annually.
